POWER SHIFT (1)

INTRODUCTION

Many years back, the Lord by His Spirit gave me a revelation of the end-time agenda for His children. This revelation keeps building up in my spirit man and has created within me a very strong mindset about the citizens of the kingdom of God on earth. It is my pleasure and my greatest delight to share this revelation with you.

This end-time agenda is what I call ‘’ POWER SHIFT’’.

The end-time agenda is the transference of power. There is no doubt about the fact that power are in wrong hands. And when power is in wrong hands, abuse of power is the order of the day.

Money is in the wrong hand and positions of authority are given to the wrong people.  But you may ask me; who is wrong and who is right? And what exactly qualifies one to be right and disqualifies another to be wrong.

Well, power is given by God for a specific purpose and when such purpose is not the focus of the recipient of power; then there is a problem. It is impossible for someone to be committed to the purpose and agenda of a kingdom or nation that you are not a citizen of. Neither can any citizen fully operate in the power and authority of his nation without power. The children of God are the true representatives of the kingdom of God on earth. They have been chosen and set apart to represent God on Earth as indeed Christ was chosen to represent God on Earth. The wealth of this world belongs to him who created the world. These wealth are in wrong hands. National wealth are (is) mismanaged; what we call ‘’our commonwealth’’ has become personal wealth. Greed, born out of lust for power and money rules but this is not the will of God, and the will of God must at all cost be done. Why do we have the wrong people in the right places and the right people in the wrong places? This exactly is our focus in this edition of the Christian News Today.

So, there is going to be a power shift. And for that to be, there must be an experience of what I call four different stages of power experiences, that qualifies for power shift.

Look at these scriptures: ‘’For it is impossible for those who once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted of the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come’’. Hebrew 11:4-5.

The key word for the purpose of this write-up, is that there is a taste of the good word of God and the powers of the world to come. To influence and impact your present world and the world to come, there are conditions and criteria to meet.

The days of Elijah were great, but far greater are the days of Elisha. Beloved, we are the Elishas of this generation, born in due time for kingdom exploits. And we shall in turn pass it on to the next generations with the power to do greater exploits.

But there are power experiences that must precede power shift; and without power shift there is no exploit by power.

Beloved, there are stages of power experiences you must enter into and they are:

1. The Power to Become: This is the power of transformation, the power that changes the children of God to become who they are in Christ. This power makes you to become who you were created to be.
2. The Power to Possess: This is the power of dominion; this power gives you dominion and authority over creation. This power gives you access to your inheritance in Christ and at the same time positions you to rule and dominate your world.
3. The Power to Perform: This is the power of execution. By this power divine tasks are executed. It is the anointing for specific purpose, specific duties and assignment. It is the ministerial power.
4. The Power to Excel: This is known as the leadership power or the power of exploit.

The journey to experiencing the power shift begins with the experience of the power to become. The power to become changes the man, that the man of God may receive the dominion power by which he possesses his rights and all his inheritances. Then we receive the ministerial power that we might perform our divine task and assignment on earth. 

Finally, the leadership power or the power of excellence is released for us to do exploits.  This power distinguishes and makes you distinct.

These are the four power experiences that precede the glory experience that comes after the power shift.

Beloved, there must be power shift; it is an end-time agenda and you are part of that agenda. Get set for total transformation by the revelation of the word of life.

This is your hour. It is time for you to experience a total personality change, have dominion, perform your divine task and excel.

You need to take over. Power shift is a complete take over. Be prepared to take over your world. You need to dominate and rule your world. Power must indeed change hands.
